Does Fournos deliver?
Yes, Fournos offers deliveries for registered business accounts only.
For orders over R1000.00 there is no delivery charge.
For orders under R1000 there is a flat rate of R100.
Please note, there are no deliveries on Sundays.
Do you deliver for home accounts?
Unfortunately, at this time Fournos does not offer deliveries for home accounts.
What times do you deliver?
Delivery times are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 08h30 to 17h00
- Saturday: 07h00 to 12h00
- No deliveries on Sundays
What times are collections available from?
Collection times are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 07h00 to 18h00
- Saturday: 07h00 to 15h00
- Sunday: 07h00 to 14h00
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays however you may collect from 07h00 to 14h00.
Do you offer early deliveries?
For business account holder, we do offer early deliveries provided we have more than 72 hours’ notice and it is arranged with the relevant store.
How does the Fournos online ordering work?
Fournos has made it convenient to place your order from the comfort of your own home. Simply select the items you would like to order, add it them to your shopping cart and check out. The NedSecure application enables you to pay for your order online, so you can skip the queue.
Can I place orders in advance?
Yes, the online system keeps your order in the cloud.
What is the minimum time required to place my order?
We require a minimum of 24 hours to fulfil your order. Please take note of the items that require more preparation time.
How do I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can log into your profile and select the cancel option. If you cannot log into your profile to cancel the order, please contact the store and they will assist with the cancelation. Sorry, no same day cancelations are allowed.
What if I forgot to add something to my order?
Home account: You can simply just place another order with the additional items required.
Business account: Please re-order the required order, add the items and complete the ordering process – please do not forget to cancel the incorrect order.
Does Fournos offer a vegetarian selection?
Yes, most baked products are suitable for vegetarians. Please make a note in Special Instructions.
However, meat platters cannot be converted to a vegetarian option.
Does Fournos offer Halaal options?
Fournos is not Halaal certified. We do offer Halaal friendly products that include vegetables and cheese.
What is PAX?
PAX refers to the amount of people an item caters for.
What are your platter serving sizes?
Small platters serve between 6 to 8 people. Large platters server between 10 to 12 people.
What are your deli serving sizes?
Small serves 1 to 2 people. Medium serves 2 to 4 people. Large serves 8 to 10 people.
