  • General
    1. Fournos Group reserves the right to alter or change operational conditions of the Fournos loyalty programme or to terminate it at any point.
    2. In the event of the programme being terminated, rewards will remain valid for 30 days.
    3. In the event you wish to op-out of the Fournos loyalty programme, please email Fournos Group at info@fournos.co.za.
    4. Any abuse whatsoever of the Fournos loyalty programme by any person constitutes a criminal offence and Fournos Group reserves the right to cancel such person’s membership and withhold all Fournos loyalty rewards from his/her account.
    5. Being registered as a member of the Fournos loyalty programme irrevocably signifies your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
    6. Fournos Group, its organisers, promoters, partners or agencies do not bear any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, accident, and death or asset damage howsoever arising from inclusion or participation in the Fournos loyalty programme.
    7. The Fournos loyalty programme remains the property of Fournos Group.
  • Your Personal Details
    1. You are required to register with a valid name, email address and cell phone number.
    2. By providing Fournos Group with your personal information, you give Fournos Group permission to send you information regarding its loyalty programme.
  • Loyalty Programme Rewards
    1. Loyalty rewards are not transferable and can only be claimed on in-store purchases at our main and/or micro stores, and excludes all kiosks.
    2. Rewards can be claimed on all valid in-store purchases.
    3. Rewards can be claimed on every item purchased, i.e. 2 coffees purchased equal 2 claimed rewards.
    4. Rewards can only be claimed by one individual per purchase.
    5. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or be substituted.
  • Earning Fournos Loyalty Programme Rewards
    1. To earn rewards, customers must present their Fournos loyalty QR code at the point of sale in order for the transaction to be recorded.
    2. If the QR code is not present at the point of sale before payment the loyalty rewards will not be earned for the transaction.
    3. It is not possible to earn loyalty rewards retrospectively.
    4. In the event of a technical, system(s) or network failure as well as system upgrades, loyalty rewards allocations will not be processed and/or issued retrospectively.
    5. Your online loyalty reward profile will reflect all your reward balances.
  • Using your Fournos Loyalty Rewards
    1. Upon having collected the necessary rewards, you will be able to redeem your rewards for specified complimentary Fournos item/items in-store.
    2. Fournos Group reserves the right to change the reward options at its discretion. Fournos Group will notify their Loyalty Programme customers in advance if such a change should occur.
    3. Fournos loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
    4. All Fournos loyalty rewards will be valid for 12 months.
    5. Fournos reserves the right to close any loyalty account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
