Accounts are available for businesses making it quick and easy to order platters, continental deli, bakery and restaurant foods for all your business entertaining.
Accounts are available for registered businesses, churches, schools and NGO's;
Accounts are subject to credit approval for payment terms of 7 to 30 days.
Please Note: Delivery is free for orders over R1000. For orders under R1000 a R100 delivery fee will be charged.
Terms & Conditions
All orders need to be placed 24 hours prior to collection or delivery.
No orders to be placed on Sunday for the following Monday.
A 24-hour notice period is required for any cancellations.
A delivery fee will be charged for orders under R1000.
Deliveries only available from selected stores.
Delivery times are:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 17:00
Saturday: 07:00 to 12:00
No deliveries on Sundays
Express orders attract an additional cost.
Orders do not include cutlery, crockery or catering equipment such as heating plates, etc.
Express orders are:
Available to account holders from Monday to Friday;
Restricted to restaurant items and are subject to availability;
There is a 10% levy on all items;
Deliveries require a 3 hour lead time, and are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00; and
Collections require a 1-hour lead-time, and are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.
Accuracy of Website content:
All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. We do not, however, warrant that the content or information displayed is always accurate, complete and/or current.
Use of our logos, content and images:
You are not permitted to use the content of our Website, our logos or any product or other images that appear on our Website without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification and/or distribution is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of our or our licencors’ intellectual property rights.
We strive to provide the best service and quality to our customers and to comply with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act at all times. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item purchased at any one of our stores, you may return the product as set out in terms of this return policy:
1.1 If you have purchased an item from any one of our stores that is: defective; of poor quality; or not suitable for the purpose for which it was bought you may, within 2 (two) days of the purchase of the product, return the product to the store at which the product was purchased, together with your till slip as proof of purchase.
1.2 Upon return of the product you may elect to receive either: a refund to the value of the returned product; or a replacement of the returned product.
1.3 We cannot accept returns of perishable and grocery products.
