Responding to increasing demand and aiming for wider accessibility, Fournos has introduced smaller stores ranging from 25 to 150 square meters.

With two sizes available, our platters cater to gatherings of all sizes, accommodating 12 to 14 guests for our large platters and 6 to 8 guests for our small platters. The Fournos On-The-Go comes with two dedicated staff members to manage food preparation within the trailer. Setup time is minimal, and the food truck measures approximately 4m x 3m, requiring a suitable entrance and area.
