The heart and soul of Fournos can be found in Rosebank, the first Fournos shop (although the original was really a block away). Stepping into Fournos Rosebank has a distinctly Mediterranean feel with a diverse selection of imported treats, an olive bar, a deli stocked with meats and cheeses, and daily deli buffet with traditional Greek favourites like Moussaka. Beautiful cakes including specialty and celebration cakes can be found here. Olde Worlde items are a delight like Greek Tsoureki at Easter and Christmas and Vasilopita for the New Year. Fournos Rosebank has the honour of making the group’s panettone, stollen and speculaas every Christmas as well as a number of the Greek biscuits and baklava year round!
